The magazine will cover extensive areas within the field of tennis, including articles of interest to UK tennis clubs, coaches, players (young and old), tennis parents and all tennis enthusiasts.
UK Tennis Magazine will have presence and longevity because of its size, content, look and feel and will be kept by the reader until the next issue arrives, thereby giving advertisers “immediacy of access” when their services are required.

Final Copy Deadline

Final copy must be submitted by the 15th of the month preceding publication; the magazine will be distributed on or around the first weekend of the month. UK Tennis Magazine retain the copyright of any adverts created by them for clients unless otherwise agreed.
Please note that notice of cancellation of space must be given one week prior to copy-date deadline. Clients will incur charges if cancellation is after this date.

Payment

Payment for all adverts must be received within 14 days from the date of the invoice. Payments can be made by cheque, payable to “UK Tennis Magazine.”

Acceptable Formats for Receiving Artwork

Adverts can only be accepted in the following formats:
Adobe InDesign
.pdf (Portable Document Format)
.jpg or .jpeg (Joint Photographics Expert Group)
.tif (Tagged Image File)

Note: Images and adverts must have a resolution of 300dpi and PDF files must have fonts embedded before they are sent to UK Tennis magazine. Copy can be sent on a disk or memory stick to the address below or e-mailed to: [email protected] clearly stating which company it is for and which issue(s) it should run in.

If your advert is not available in a digital format then UK Tennis magazine can produce it for you, from your own hard-copy text, for an agreed amount - this is a one-off charge and the advert can then be re-used in subsequent issues. UK Tennis Magazine retains the copyright of any advertisement it produces.

The publishers reserve the right to change, amend and correct any copy submitted to UK Tennis Magazine at any time without prior notice.
